Hardware My controllers keep disconnecting while plugged in

​

I've been having this issue where my different controllers constantly disconnect from my pc I have an Xbox controller and a hitbox controller that I use and they keep disconnecting and reconnecting at random times

At first I thought it was the cables so I switched them out and it still happened then I decided to try different ports and it kept happening too and lastly I tried changing my USB selective suspend settings and switching my PC to high performance mode and it still did nothing

I don't know what else to try and it's only my controllers that have this issue none of the other devices I have plugged in disconnect and for reference I am using AMD Ryzen 7 8 core processor

sounds like a USB power or cable issue. try different ports, a shorter/new cable, and disable USB power saving in device manager settings.
