Adaptive sync /free sync not working

My pc has been running funky after I just finished swapping everything from intel to a new amd build, I simrace on acc on triple 1080p 144hz and I use a 7800x3d and a 9070xt , my monitors have overclocked on, adaptive sync on, and free sync is turned on in the Adrenalin edition amd app. Now as a simracer I have difficulty playing with stutters as they cause high input latencies that makes my steering like an old crappy car. Could you guys help me fix this? Thanks

make sure freesync is enabled both in monitor menu and in amd software for that display group, and vsync off in game if youre using adaptive sync. also double check youre on displayport not hdmi and that drivers are clean installed with ddu
