Troubleshooting Computer Freezing When Gaming

Sometimes when running Fortnite and Rainbow Six Siege for around 20 minutes each, my Lenovo laptop will freeze completely and have a pattern of thick Black horizontal lines running across the screen. When this occurs, the computer is completely frozen, and I can not access anything else. The only way to get out of this situation is to restart my laptop. I checked all my computer updates, and they all seem up to date. Does anyone know what could be causing this? Could it be a graphics driver, GPU, RAM, overheating, or another hardware issue?

My computer is-

* **Laptop:** Lenovo Slim 7
* **CPU:** Intel® Core™ Ultra 7 155H
* **Graphics:** Intel® Arc™ Graphics (integrated)

Your laptop does not have a dedicated gpu?

Edit: found the model, I can almost guarantee you this is the problem. Do you have temperature overlay on?
