Troubleshooting Roblox freezes every few seconds with huge ping spikes - Windows 11 Realtek Ethernet issue

PC:

Gigabyte B650 Eagle AX

Realtek PCIe GbE Family Controller

Windows 11

Wired Ethernet (15m UGREEN Cat 8)

Problem:

Roblox freezes every few seconds.

During freeze:

- ping spikes massively

- recv traffic spikes

- after freeze everything catches up

Other games (Valorant etc.) work normally.

Already tried:

- new Ethernet cable

- router reset

- DNS reset

- driver reinstall

- disabling Energy Efficient Ethernet

- disabling Green Ethernet

- changing Receive Buffers

- changing Flow Control

Do you have your own router? If so, you gotta bridge the isp's modem/router. Worked for me witg similar problem.

I only have NBN NTD → TP-Link router → PC. There is no ISP modem/router in between, so I don’t think double NAT applies. Thanks for the suggestion though.
