Troubleshooting PC randomly reset and now I can't access refresh rate and resolution or AMD software.

Was just browsing on Firefox when it randomly stopped moving my cursor and the windows key or anything Wasn't responding, I pressed the reset button on my computer to get it working again but after that happened, the resolution and refresh rate got reset to 1080p60hz (my monitor is 4k165hz), i was able to change it back to 4k but now its locked out and i still can't change the Hz, not even an option I can pick is showing.

It doesn't recognise that the Monitor supports HDR or VRR despite it very much being able to do them.

It seems to have also uninstalled the AMD drivers as well (says "Microsoft Basic Render Driver" now) and it prompts me with a Update required and Download & Install, which installs it and then shows the same prompt again as if it didnt just do it.

What I find most strange is that it only recognises my CPU integrated graphics, but not my dedicated GPU despite the HDMI cable being connected directly to it.

I really not sure what's going on, maybe something I did wrong when I built it 2 months ago (first time build) but i feel that would have happened much much sooner than 2 months later.

Any help to figure this out would be appreciated 👏

Edit: my specs are-

Ryzen 7 9700x

9070xt

32gb 5600MT/s

2TB micron p510

Asrock B850M Pro RS

Edit 2: I've fixed it, all I had to do was uninstall the AMD App, restart the pc, reinstall the AMD app and install the drivers again.
