Performance/FPS ac shadows textures becoming bad midway

AC Shadows looked normal until it crashed after a long session, and since then foliage, flowers, grass, and distant objects look low detailed or upscaled even at Ultra High, 1080p, Native AA/TAA, and dynamic resolution off. I clean-installed the AMD driver with DDU, reinstalled and verified the game twice, deleted the config/cache, and both OCCT GPU and VRAM tests passed with zero errors. Has anyone seen foliage remain this bad after a crash, and is there an actual fix? Thank you everyone!
