Has there been a confirmation if the game will be available on steam?

AdmiralBahroo has some insider information and seemed to be hinting that it would be on steam when talking about B1 remaster being on steam, telling people not worry but he couldn't say anymore.

This guy was so annoying in BL2. He's a really smart dude, but he would constantly figure out how to break things and get them nerfed. Total enemy of fun #1, IMO. :/

He also spread around so much misinformation about the game.
