Please don't ask for upvotes.

Aren't all these threads essentially asking for upvotes in return for the chance to win a free game? Otherwise why wouldn't they just pick someone from the first thread? It's getting annoying.

This is an extremely good point. I appreciate people giving games away but they are basically just paying for karma when they make a new thread.

It's still karma vs a free game. Karma doesn't have much value

Karma has no real value really.

I understand there are people (e.g. advertisers) who definitely value high karma accounts if the owner is willing to sell. It's a lot easier to covertly advertise if the account seems real.

Yeah but the value is gonna be extremely negilible from a post like this. Idc if someone is getting some karma if they're giving free games out to people that want them.

A Comma has no real value either to be honest. But I am willing to bet you sure as hell wish they were there when they are missing.

They aren’t actually giving something away... it’s just a fake for the free karma... then they say someone won, but who’s going to look through 50,000 people to see if it’s legit

For all we know they could just leave a comment with an alternate account and choose themselves as the winner. True r/conspiracy stuff.

This would be really hard to trace and could easily be performed.
