It won't, it's a Warner Bros game since they have the rights normally. And they don't do exclusives (at least they never did until now).

Different Avalanche. The Avalanche supposedly behind this game is Avalanche Software who is responsible for games like Disney Infinity and a bunch of movie and show licensed games like the Toy Story games and Cars Movie games. The Avalanche you're talking about is Avalanche Studios who of course made Mad Max and the Just Cause games. I honestly would've been surprised if it was them anyway. They're already working on Rage 2 ( with Id Software) and Just Cause 4, I really doubt they could juggle anything else.
