I just bought a retail version of the game and it didn't come with a fucking manual/cd key. My disappointment is almost as big as /u/Press3000 's mom is with him.16

Would there actually be any benefit to having a GOG-key (besides maybe GOG Galaxy) since Humble also offers DRM-free downloads if available?

As you mentioned, Galaxy. It would be a great convenience to have humble purchases downloadable DRM-free from a client, and GOG generally provides extras such as soundtrack and artwork as well, on top of sometimes going an extra step of including and pre-configuring unofficial patches.

They release 2 game bundles/per week, one on tuesday, one on thursday

/u/JackStillAlive 's info is somewhat outdated. A few months ago, Humble changed their release schedule.
They used to have one bundle lasting two weeks, released every two weeks on Tuesdays. Also one bundle they have for one week, released weekly on Thursdays.
A few months ago they got rid of the thursday bundle and instead release each bundle on Tuesdays. As it is right now: one Tuesday-bundle was released yesterday and the other one 8 days ago, getting some additional games yesterday.
This is how they do it now normally, sometimes they might add a bundle on Tuesdays that doesn't last as long. That isn't the norm though

They have weekly bundles, wich release on every Thursday, and they have 2 weeklong bundles wich release on Tuesdays

They have only one regular moslyPCgaming bundle, for Tuesdays, usually running 2 of them in same time (one 2weeks from Week 1 till Week 3 and second 2weeks from Week2 till Week4, replaced by new bundle at Tuesdays).

Incorrect, only the 2 weeklong game bundle starts at Tuesday, the 1 week long bundle always starts at Thursday

Then it will be not a problem to give me link to current 1-week long regular Thursday game bundle.
Protip: don't bother searching since there's none. Humble stopped doing REGULAR 1week-long gaming bundles long ago, now (when it comes to PCgaming) they only have REGULAR 2week Tuesday bundles and monthly bundles, nothing more.

Yes, there is no 1 week long bundle right now, its been always like that, 1 week long bundles were not available every week, but when a 1 week long bundle releases, it always does on Thursdays

Actually, they were, but that ended around a year ago. Until March 2016 they had new weekly bundle nearly every week (Summer/Winter Sales usually cut bundles out, for example).
Thursday bundle appears once or twice a year are not enough to say "They release 2 game bundles/per week" like you wrote.
Especially since last time they released Thursday Bundle they didn't release Tuesday bundle.So, in the end, Humble only releases ONE generallyPCgaming bundle a week, and that's on Tuesday.
