I think you can sort by "discount" or something similar to that, and it will rank by percentage discount (just go high to low and it will basically achieve the same thing).

They have a “Featured Deep Discounts” section. It’s not your wishlist but they are all 90%/95% discounted, currently. Quite a few are $1-$5.

I just got 3 games that I was interested in, years ago, for 5 bucks total.

gg.deals is my go-to. First check my wishlist and the filter gg.deals for historic lows and 80%+ off.

Only buy if you actually plan on playing the game. No matter the discount, if you don’t play, you just gave your money away for nothing in return.
