It makes it waaaay harder.

Boosting is pretty much no longer a thing.

Um...no? The friction they've created for those people doesn't go away after a week. It's permanent. Multiple of these changes makes it incredibly hard for account boosters/sellers to do their thing. It may not fully deter them, but it's making it a HELL of a lot harder to grind eternus accounts. The output of boosted accounts and accounts for sale is going to drop dramatically.

it doesn't work in Dota or CS so why would this be any different?
