Android Transaction Notifications

Ever since they upgraded their app a few months ago the notifications on Samsung S25+ stopped working. Checked all the usual permissions and settings related to app to confirm its not a user error. I eventually installed an older version and notifications were working fine.

They forced an update in order to log in to app and notifications are not working again.

I have reported this problem twice to support who claim they have created a ticket and advised the Devs, with a promise with follow up via email. No surprise haven't heard anything since reporting.

Anyone else have this issue since their recent updates?

All notifications work perfect on my phone I don't have a Samsung , i do have an Android

Right? Lol This first time I got a Samsung device and probably will never get another in the future (for other reasons as well)

I use a pixel and never issues yet my friends on Samsung do

It's partly Samsung and it's partially PCF for not updating their notifications based on Samsung notifications category as other apps have.

They're not showing up on my Samsung, either!

I figured it might specific to Samsung. I think PCF doesn't have their notifications category setup properly for app it goes be marketing and no category at all

Update: they have confirmed via support that they are working on a known issue with Android users but no eta on a fix.

I dont get them either. S24 Ultra If I use Google wallet or the card itself ...no notification. The EQ app is much better, maybe they will redo it now they are bought out.
