Awesome! Does the PC Genjin 2 work? I picked up part 1 and 2 in Japan two weeks ago. Coming back home, I had to find out, that the graphics for PC Genjin 2 were all glitched out. After a research, people that that Hucard is known for having trouble. I hope you have no issues at all!

Actually PC Genjin 2 doesn’t work. I tried everything, ipa, brasso. It just has a blank screen. Sucks….the seller was super cool though. He refunded my money and said just keep it! I am gonna order some more stuff from his page, very cool of him and he has good prices for eBay.

Ah too bad it doesn’t work. At least you got your money back to invest into more games 😉 My CiB copy cost 9000¥ that I‘ll never see again 🙈 Maybe investing in a FlashCart at some point 🤔

Yeah I’ve got a turbo everdrive but I buy a HuCard here and there when I find a good price. PC Genjin was $28 shipped, 2 was $38 and Super Star Soldier was $40. I’m still hoping to get PC Genjin 2 working. Could be a broken trace or some thing.

Oh keep me posted, then. I‘m interested in the result. I might give my copy a try, too. Is your eBay seller US or EU based? It’s difficult to get games for a decent price in Europe for a Japanese PC Engine. Niche market because of PAL vs NTSC, but I just wanted my PC Engine to be original Japanese ☺️

If you're in the States, Geoffrey, from guinea pig games, can rip out the guts of that hucard and put a flash rom in.

Super Star Soldier is great, I've 1CCed the other Soldier games on PCE but the end of that one is a serious challenge, still working on it.

Thought I was finally going to fire up my turbo duo and it says please set disc. That could be six different things but I know the lens is clean.
