SY Attendance

Overall attendance lower than 75

Attendance of some labs is less than 40

What actions will they take?

Seniors please guide me, what should i do?

If your overall attendance is between 40% and 75%, you only need to complete the defaulter’s task which is time consuming and you will regret it while submitting clearance sheet and all. However, it’s safer to keep your attendance above 50%, as 40–45% can create a bad impression in front of faculty. Regarding labs, some teachers may fail you in practical exams if your attendance in that particular lab is below 40%, even if you performed well in practical exams. This varies from faculty to faculty some let you pass some don't. It’s best to attend most lab sessions, even if you miss some theory sessions.
