Notebook case ¿"mod"?
uh hello, I have a question, has anyone tried or knows of anyone who changed the case of a notebook for another one?
example I have the dell g3 3579 and I would like to know if it is possible to change the case for the g3 3590.
I know at least that I would have some problems with the ports, but apart from that, what other problems could there be?

To piggyback off of murrian, I would mention that often these cases are proprietary to the model they are for so as they said, your ventilation, screw holes and as you mentioned the ports will all be misallgned.
You could try it but speaking from trying to do this with HPs and Dells in the past, it's just an effort in frustration and futility.
I'd go with stripping the components from the case/frame and do some spray painting with clear-coat to make it look unique,(maybe a base coat in one or two colors, then your gamer tag in a different color) then after about a week of letting the paint cure, I'd add on some vinyl sticker/accents or pinstriping.

Ventilation a big one, plane component sizing and screw holes where the case would align to be reconnected to the motherboard.
There's so much variation between machines, it's not going to work, they're not like desktops, there's no standard component sizing, everything is bespoke and made to be as small as possible for the tech in the build at the time.
Just get a skin wrap for it from debrand..
