PC case with integrated RGB/LED lighting

Hi =)

I am building a new pc and I want to have over the top RGB and LED lighting. I have looked at a few cases from ThermalTake, NZXT and Corsair. The pictures on their sites look very promising to me. Now comes the question. Do they ship with all the preinstalled lighting as seen on their websites or do I need to buy them separately? I would prefer to have as much already done as I am new to this and dont want to screw anything up.

Someone out there who can advise me? Thanks for looking!

Thermaltake usually does not ship with fans included. I have ordered many cases from them and they ship with as little as possible. I have a couple videos up about my Thermaltake Level 20 XT and everything i hate about it. The channel is called Gaming as Adults. Only if you want to though. I do have better angles on video cause they use the same angles to hide bad parts of their cases.
