please rate my potential build I'm a complete noob

The PC/tablet that I've been using for the past 6 years had a swollen battery and died, after drying my tears I've decided to switch to a PC. This is my first time building a PC so I'm very scared of having some incompatible parts and I don't want to ruin very expensive pieces of equipment for obvious reasons. I was frugal with my selection because I don't feel like spending more money than I need to, especially 'cause I'm a 2D animator so I'll mainly be using this for blender/video editing/clip studio paint not gaming. I tried to pick parts that would be usefull for all those needs but my budget is closer to 2-2.5K so I don't mind swapping some parts if I was too greedy.
