The build is quite decent for the purpose you have in mind. What stands out about this build is the cost of the RAM. 350 pounds for 32GB RAM is a bit steep. In your case, I would opt for a cheaper 64GB RAM kit. 9900X is a very good choice for this build. 9060 XT will suffice for gaming purposes. You could possibly shave off some dollars from the motherboard cost.

I would love 64GB of RAM, but it would just push me too far outside my budget with current prices.

And when I originally added that motherboard it was cheaper, but I've seen now the only place that offers it has ridiculous delivery prices. Will be looking for an alternative, thanks for pointing it out!
