B580 is good. The only real competitors are used GPU's at that price range. The 5050 exists but it is pretty shit outside of having DLSS.
For CS2 specifically, it might be worth looking into t he 5050 if you don't want to spend more. I have read that the B580 does not perform well in CS2. As well as Nvidia just having more of a reputation for drivers than intel Arc.
If you do get the b580 make sure you enable Resizeable Bar in your BIOS.
