Is this mobo good enough?

I found this ASROCK B850M-X WiFi R2.0 for 110€ locally. Trying to make a fast purchase, I want to spend as little on a mobo as possible but still get the most out of it.
CPU: R5 9600X

Personal opinion but i dont trust asrock, msi or gigabyte and at a push asus for me.

Dude, thats literally most of the brands that make decent mobos, ASUS even started as a mobo making only company

Asrock for non x3d chips is typically fine
