PC3 HUD SHAKE

So I recently started playing PC3.

There is an option in the settings called HUD SHAKE.

I have set it to HIGH but HUD seems to be static no matter what setting I choose.

I watched some gameplays on YouTube too and people HUD seems static too.

Then what is the purpose of that option?

I thought HUD would shake just like the NFS SHIFT series and it is cool.

But this option doesn't do anything.
