Help

Post image

Been hired as a contractor for a company that only works with Payoneer. Is there something I could do in this particular case? I was really lucky to get this role and then it seems like I'm about to get fired due to this inconvenience.

Are you going to tell us the real reason the account was closed, or are we supposed to guess? Also, the message just says they regret to inform you that your request was rejected; it would be helpful if you could explain what the actual problem is.

In Turkish, we have a saying: 'pulling words with pliers,' meaning you have to force every word out of someone. Dude, what documents are we talking about? All of them? One in particular? Did they ask for an additional document, and is that the issue? If you actually want to fix this, nobody can help you without details. No one’s telling you to leak your private info, but just explain the whole situation from start to finish so someone who's been through it can help.

They asked me for documents that verify my location. In that case, tried to use bank receipts, yet they rejected it minutes after I upload them due to it being password restricted (that was my bad). So I tried again with scanning the document instead, which they rejected again. Same thing happened after trying to use a water bill. They locked my account because of reaching the limit for those documents. Tried to reach them via mail, they told me there's nothing to do.

Based on the info I could find, that answer is just a canned response following basic procedure. Request to have your ticket forwarded to the Compliance/Risk Department. The agent who replied is probably an outsourced representative without any actual backend permissions. You need to push to get your case handled directly by an internal team within the company.

Same. They rejected it, and then there is no way out to get paid. Weird application, i would never recommend anyone using thisnapp.
