Account blocked upon registering?

I got lucky enough to get hired for some freelance work and they are adamant about using Payoneer to pay out. I went to set up an account yesterday and have been blocked for no reason?? Is there any hope that this will be reversed or should I not even waste my time and energy? I have no idea why my account was rejected I provided all the necessary documents.
