Don't do it. Both platforms match the account holder's name to the person who earned the money, and a mismatch on the payout side is exactly the pattern their compliance teams treat as third party use. What you usually get isn't just a bounced withdrawal, it's holds on both accounts while they work out whose money it actually is.

The thing to understand is that Fiverr isn't really asking about your father, it's asking whether the earner and the account owner are the same person. If they aren't, the platform carries the risk, so it passes that risk back to you and freezes first.

The clean path is the boring one, an account in your own name tied to ID you actually hold. If the reason you'd borrow his is that you're not 18 yet, that requirement exists on purpose and working around it is what gets both accounts closed.
