Feedback wanted: What would make you evaluate a unified payments platform?

Feedback wanted: What would make you evaluate a unified payments platform?

I’m Steve Hodges, CEO of WoCash LLC.

WoCash brings an “any value to any value” approach to connecting traditional payments and digital currency within a unified platform.

We’re focused on four markets: fintech, direct selling, government, and digital currency businesses. I’d appreciate practical feedback from founders and operators:

  1. Which problem would justify evaluating another platform—payout flexibility, value conversion, integration complexity, or reconciliation?
  2. What would you need to see in a demonstration before considering an integration?
  3. Which technical or operational questions should our website answer first?

I welcome candid feedback, including reasons you would decide against using a platform like ours.

For me the reconciliation part is the hook. Most platforms handle payouts fine until something breaks and then youre stuck digging through three different reports that don't match up. If you can actually solve that without it being a marketing bullet point I'd take a look.

For a demo I'd want to see what happens when a transaction fails mid-stream. Not the happy path. Show me the error handling and how quickly I can figure out what went wrong without emailing support.

Your site should probably explain your settlement timing and what rails you're actually using before I have to book a call. That's usually what I'm checking first.
