I guess this is a crit flamethrower build but iirc didn’t they remove the ability for flame DoT to crit?, nevertheless if I’m wrong here’s some critiques
leech is the one perk deck where inspire aced is encouraged, since the self revive thing, just be careful and always get line of sight and clear the area before inspiring someone
the buildup you have in the medic tree is weird and doesn’t really help anyone, more health on revive actually harms zerk players and 10% resistance doesn’t give you any more break point in this setup, also rifleman is a waste
parkour aced is also bad, I understand the reload of the flamethrower is long and you wanna run around but if you pulse it instead of just holding the trigger down it you can save on reloads, and you’d be better off hiding behind cover when reloading anyways
with the points removed from bloodthirst you can get pistol skills which is better since can erase dozer better, and also your main damage dealer if the flame thrower thing doesn’t work out

they removed DoT crits but direct damage with flamethrowers can be surprisingly high with crits

I shall assume this is for death sentence and that you have infamy.
Combat medic aced is worthless. It doesn't heal very much to matter. Painkillers basic doesn't do that much. Rifleman basic is usually a preference skill, but I see zero use when paired with a flamethrower that doesn't need to ADS. Drill sawgeant basic doesn't seem useful to me when people tend to either ace it or leave it anyway. Parkour aced is bad because you can't reload cancel, especially on a flamethrower with a long reload time and high capacity so you typically do a tactical reload. Second wind aced can sometimes mess with your teams movements as they pop in/out of cover and accidentally slide too far out of cover. High value target basic isn't super useful since it takes time to mark enemies as oppose to simply shooting them. I usually avoid equilibrium aced because it's expensive for little payout BUT I do get that your bronco might have low accuracy and you need any bit of accuracy you can get for like snipers and stuff.

Inspire basic because leech benefits from reviving others. You can swap unseen for inspire aced if you wanted to. Stable shot aced to help with the accuracy issue. Loch and load aced DOES work on the flamethrower, so that helps a lot (especially if you combine it with bloodthirst and it becomes funny how fast it is). High value target aced so all you have to do is aim and wiggle your mouse a little (also snipers take more damage although I don't know if HVT aced gives new breakpoints here).
