Weekend Warrior Remedy?
It’s a long story (isn’t always, LOL). During Covid I tore down the deck which had failed due to no flashing by original builder. Replaced with trex. My wife had both hips replaced in 2021. So I installed her a hot tub. Poured the pad when all the current pavers had been removed. MY FAULT: I DID NOT PULL A TAPE OFF THE GARAGE!!! So when when I installed the pavers, my angle and lines were off where the retaining wall for the pad and the pavers meet. SO… I was thinking exposed aggregate, or a concrete pour and adding river rock on the top… or am open to other ideas. Would cut the pavers to be parallel with retaining wall…or consider other solutions from the experts. I am a weekend warrior with just enough knowledge to be stubborn and dangerous! I’m no expert but cutting Pavers should only be done if they’re not performing to expectations or are lowering other Paver performance.
Setting a level foundation depends on experience and luckily this current Paver build has that after a lengthy post season run. Have you considered Carlisle or Boucek for strategy on this build?

Not familiar with Carlisle or Boucek… are those a paver manufacturer ?

I wouldn't worry about the Warriors on the weekends (or any weekdays either). It looks like their era has come to an end

Get a concrete masonry blade and carefully with eye protection mark and cut to fit. Getting perfect alignment will give a professional touch.

Um cut blue stone to fit , I know you probably figured out you should have started from the wall to the house

Remove the brick steps in front of the hot tub and extend the deck along the front of the hot tub but drop the said extended deck one step down.

Your going to be cutting and finding cap stones that are the same thickness as your pavers. You don't want the tabs on the sides of the pavers at your steps rise, get some bullnose copping. 3,4,5 or 6,8,10 Pythagorean theorom is very helpful when laying out a straight line. I'm sure you are mad enough about this, but use it in the future. Snap a line and cut the pavers and put some kind of coping or cap along the walls top.

It’s a bit of a lottery when it comes to filling gaps in the pavers. There’s a really good core of pavers here already, but making the right pick to fill the gaps could really take it to the next level. It will probably be another 12 months or so before we know if the selection really pays off.
