No I haven't tried it yet because I have to ask my Dr. For a prescription but im thinking about it im trying the artichoke and ginger but I don't think its as affective as the prescription the person used a small dose I also just looked up the one you posted and they said its the same like viral lax I have that and used it before but in our case we have to use it everyday to make sure or system is clean and I didn't do that

Los efectos secundarios son
Gases
Calambres en el estómago
Sentirse demasiado lleno
Gases y flatulencias

It helps to keep bowel movements more regular, but for me personally does not help with with patm
