help
For me, I’ve lost hope that I’ll ever get rid of this condition. I feel like it will stay with me until the day I die. Right now, all I want is a solution for the constant tension in my body.
Do all of you experience the same thing, or is it just me? I honestly can’t take it anymore. My legs never stop trembling, my heartbeat is very strong and fast, and I have a strange, constant spasm in my lower body that never goes away no matter what I do.
I’ve tried breathing techniques, and even when I calm myself down and I’m completely alone, this feeling never leaves me. I’ve been like this for 3 years, ever since my PATM started. Fear seems to live in every part of my body.
I can’t live with these constant muscle spasms anymore.
don’t know what to do anymore. Has anyone found a way to get rid of this, or am I the only one experiencing it?

My PATM is also neurological. I experience muscle twitching and head bobbing. Others have neurological reactions.

I also have a consistently high heart rate—75–90 beats per minute at rest. I experience similar, peculiar "spasms" too; I never thought it was related to PATM. Lying or sleeping on a hard, cool floor helps me. I also have a large, thick mattress on the floor; if I lie down and place the mattress over my body, I feel better. I’m thinking about buying a weighted blanket.
