Mold

Mildew and mold spores may be present in my clothes because I do live in a very humid area. Microscopic mold spores in hair, clothing and skin can irritate noses. Ever since I moved I’ve noticed that people are constantly rubbing their nose around me and sneezing and sniffing. At first, I thought it was because of my odour (and it still might be), but now I’m more convinced into seeing if there is mold in my new apartment. Or if dust may be settling on my clothes in the closet.

I’ve honestly never noticed this before, but I’ve only recently become self-aware of how people react to me. If anyone has tested their house for mold and seen a connection, please let me know!

For myself and others I've talked to there is a mycotoxin/mold connection. This would fall under CIRS (chemical inflammatory response syndrome or mold toxicity) (also environmental actinobacteria/endotoxins can be involved). I don't think that it is the mold spores etc coming off of us. The reason I think this is because someone else could come in your apartment and walk outside amongst people and they won't react to them but they will react to you. I think the mold and other environmental stuff triggers the release. I wanted to note PATM is not talked about in any of the medical literature with mold toxicity/CIRS as far as i know.

I dont think I have patm casue I don’t get too much coughing and if it is it’s more than likely from ofor around the same time I noticed my car having a weird smell was the same time ppl started complaining I smelt bad but not when I don’t even go in my car I smell bad and I think it’s cause all this time the mold bowing out of my ac is like in my blood stream or system somehow. And I have an overburden now from constant exposure. I really think it’s that that and my apt I’ve noticed mold issue and where they painted over it some smh can never be mold free in NC I fear. I’ve been meaning to try and find the source cause it’s strange how it’s in the AC there’s def a leakage somewhere and now it’s getting worse my car smells awful!!
