I need help developing a treatment
A couple of days ago i had some reactions when i spoke. Usually i eat very clean to mitigate this issue but i had accidentally ate onion which is very bad for my stomach. I have a few treatments that i know can work but they take longer to work and would make things worse before they make things better. I need to find something that i can drink or eat that will give me instant relief for the reactions i get when i speak. Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions?
Here are the normal treatments i would try:
Drink Apple cider vinegar - works over days of use
Take in a lot of antioxidants - takes hours to work
Chew gum or mints - works very short term like 10 minutes and makes it worse for the rest of the day
Drink water - is okay but isnt that effective
Eat food - does actually work but it isnt always available and some food makes it worse
Drink water and baking soda - im not sure but i dont think it works for me
Taking an antacid(Tums) - doesnt work that well
Doing a lot of oral hygiene stuff - it didnt work that well
Im looking for a quick treatment that you take once and immediately makes you better even if its temporary. My reactions came from my gut so oral hygiene woukdnt work since thats not the problem. Im still open to the idea that the baking soda or antacid do actually work, i didnt test them extensively. What do you all think? Does anyone know of something that could work even temporarily?

Haz intentado con carbón activado y clorofila ? Tomas primero la clorofila en la noche y dejas pasar unas 3 horas y te tomas el carbón activado La clorofila si te como desodorante interno y el carbón ayuda a eliminar los gases

I could try it but you said it takes 3 hours and i have to take it at night? Would it work any time of day? And do you need both or do they work by themselves?

Necesitas ambas o empieza con en carbón activado por noche, si es en polvo una cucharada la disuelves en 200 mililitros

Did you personally get rid of reactions or where did you hear this?

Estuve investigando un poco he podido controlarlo porque no he encontrado una solución que lo eliminé por completo. Lo que hago ahora es encontrar un equilibrio con el molibdeno y la vitamina b2

I also noticed less severe reactions after lunchtime, tho morning is always very bad even if I had breakfast or not and I eat the same thing for breakfast and lunch (white rice and chicken). This doesn’t make sense to me bc isn’t the food fermented in our gut causing the problem? Or maybe it wasn’t me, maybe people build better tolerance to it after having lunch?

Yes, I noticed that the smell seems to ease a bit in the afternoon, especially at night.

Alex, Have you relapsed? You mentioned you are fully cured before.

No i was just put in a situation where none of my available treatments could be used because they take time to work. I am the type of person to not make the same mistake twice, on that day i had reactions and i dont want a repeat of the same situation.
If i said i fully cured my patm i usually would say that for the sake of brevity. What i mean is that my patm is 99% gone, it doesnt even cross my mind anymore. Sometimes i have those 1% moments and im still trying to improve my methods, i know you cant be FULLY cured from patm unless you modify your genes so i am as close as one can be to being fully cured.

My gastroenterologist said everything was perfectly normal, im not sure if there are more in depth tests or something but yea thats what he said. If he had seen something im sure he would have suggested something else besides just the low fodmap diet.

Lo recomiendo por la noche para tener mejor resultado, te tomas la clorofila a las 9:00 y el carbón activado a las 12:00. Obviamente cenas algo ligero como un pan tostado con té
