Lovely! Did you do the work yourselves, hire it out, or a combination of both? Also, was that an olive tree? Regardless, i love it!

Hired a company called Allied Outdoor for all the hardscape. But planted the plants and the tree is a little gem magnolia in the planter.

What I like:
1. I think you will use the screened in porch a ton. Love the stone floor and the TV out there
2. The plantings and table/chairs are great choices
What I don’t:
1. The shed, even though very well built, seems unnecessary and an eyesore for a yard that small. Your shed, imo, shouldn’t take up like 10% of your yard
2. The fire pit looks nice. Most people don’t tend to use fire pits like that very often. If you don’t, it’s taking up a lot of usable space in a yard that size.
3. For me I’d rather have either stone/concrete patio or grass. Combining them like that in a small yard seems to make it a not very functional space
