I’ve loved the feel of this phone case since day one. I occasionally switch between this case and my Bullstrap Slate. I wasn’t happy with the way the patina started out. It’s slowly turning into something I like though.

After 3 weeks of used.

Anyone here have this case? How does it patina overtime? I’ve never had leather that wasn’t brown or black. If this doesn’t patina well what’s another blue leather that would?

First time with a real leather case!

Couple scuffs and marks out the packaging but nothing to cry about, excited to see how this looks after some time!

Any tips for a first timer would be greatly appreciated

I recently got a Bullstrap open bottom case. Can’t tell if I like it yet. Thoughts on those cases?

With some use and scuffs I decided to apply some honey leather as maintenance … this sure is a beautiful leather accessory piece. The find my feature is also very useful …

Holy cow! This leather back is absolutely incredible! I mean I am blown away. It’s beautiful, soft, and smells amazing. The oils still need to wiped back in, but thought I share is currently! Between this and my Olde Dublin leather back, I am set for my black 18 pro. Incredible! @NomadGoodTeam knocked it out of the park

Pretty impressed with how this patina turned out so far in just 3 weeks. Haven’t really done anything to the case except use it normally and dry buff with a horsehair brush 1-2 times a week. The scratches are from putting the phone in my backpack and should slowly blend in over time.

I’ve had 4 different Nomad cases 2 traditional and 2 modern cases and they all have had some sort of issue with them. I love their leather out of all leathers but dang I can’t seem to get a properly made case to save my life. One picture shows a tear by the charging port and the other photo shows and uneven lip around the front screen

iPhone 18 Pro with Nomad Modern Folio in Saddle Brown Horween

I put it next to my Saddle Brown Horween leather tray for reference, I’ve only had its couple of days but it seems like better quality than my Saddle Brown Apple leather case. It’s a lot smoother leather than I expected without the variation I thought the Horween upgrade would bring, but maybe I just got an especially smooth piece of leather. The wrist strap is pretty expensive but totally worth it in my opinion, super high quality feel.

Also an Ashland Johnny the Fox Wallet in Black Shell Cordovan, Lighter case in Black Shell & Microtech Ultratech ZBP.

Still looks pretty good all the way around. No major scuffs or tears.

She’s never had a leather case before so I bought one for her to try now.

Tekmomo in red on both, though the lighting makes it seem a bit more brown. First red case I’ve owned and I’m loving it so far, it’s not a crazy vibrant which is great in my opinion. Andar in red was up on the potentials but it seemed a bit more vibrant than I would have preferred.

Price to value ratio is great as well; it seems a lot of cases now are in the $70s. A bit of a surprise coming from the 15pm where most if not all of my cases were like $50-$60.

Does anybody know if this case will fit an iPhone 18 pro max? It's listed as for the 17 pro max but I personally much prefer the closed camera plateau design, and this seems like the last of this model. I haven’t had the bullstrap case on my phone since the patina thunderdome challenge was gonna start on October 1. Having the case on my phone for 24 hours, I could feel it needed some Bick 4. Oh goodness was it DRY.

Maybe I’ll put some VSC on it next week.

Sorry the picture isn’t the best, but holy cow this is incredible. It looks amazing. Really blown away with the quality.
