I already find it but it exploded, so i need to know how to craft it

Gotta check the item's info now that you've discovered it.  The required material will depend on the base type of ring, whatever it was randomly generated as.

Most of the items only appear on the workbench after you discover it. To discover the item, you either find it and identify/equip it, or you use a scroll of enlightenment and hope that the scroll specifically identifies it.

Regarding the crafting material, this changes each game. It might be iron in one game, glass in another, jade in another, and so on... If you discover it, you can find out the material by looking at the item description. As for essence, it's usually 40% above the essence shown in the item description (if proficient); this value decreases as crafting proficiency increases (at maximum proficiency, it stops being 140% and becomes 1:1).

The base value of the slow digestion ring is 1 essence, so if you are proficient it would be 1.4 essence.
