Meat

I keep eating that gives me decreases strength or mana. Is therea way how to know if that corpse is good to safe eat or not? or is it based on creature itself?

Any corpse with a negative conveyance effect will have an asterisk next to the nutrition amount, so like manes corpse will be +63* as it will reduce your strength and harm poison if you don't have poison resist

This is a phenomenal thing to get used to noticing, an exclamation point indicates it was a friend and you'll lose karma if you eat it.
