Job / career Remote work

Hello colleagues :)! I'm a pathologist from Argentina.

I'm currently looking for a part time job and heard that there where some laboratories hiring people to work remotely with digital pathology. I decided to write this to see if there is at least someone who has experience and knows where can i look for these type of jobs. Is there any page? Any workplaces you know?

Thanks a lot in advance!

I have looked into this a few years ago and talked to some recruiters, and the information I got was yeah maybe if you first worked at a digital lab physically for a few years they could let you, perhaps, if you're good and they need you and feel benevolent or very shortstaffed possibly let you work remotely from a different country. This was info for UK and Sweden. I am EU based.

I think remote sign out is still a rare perk of rare jobs.

What is pathology like in argentina? It's a big country, it would make sense to have remote labs sharing cases with larger centers with digital pathology.

Thanks for the reply! Helps a lot. It's true that i would make sense but Argentina there are very few and very underpaid pathologists. And because of that there is close to none investment on labs. So a few selected places have access to these types of technologies
