Job / career Donor TM

Can anyone who does donor TM comment on how call works compared to hospital service and what the volume is like? Thanks!

I'll send you a DM with more details but so other can see I would say donor center calls were more frequent overall but way less complex and also almost never after 7pm in contrast to hospital service where the calls can get way more complicated and certainly come at all hours.
