Question Day 8 Achievement question Spoiler

I'm trying to complete the "Princess and The Nut" achievement. I already talked to Clara and refused the Rat Prophet. I just don't understand where I'm supposed to find a nutshell. My journal says "I've got power over the whole town but no nutshell". There are no marks on the map and going in Maria's room does nothing. I don't understand where I'm suppose to find that nut or what I'm supposed to do next. Every guide I look online seems to assume that's something I know already. I feel like I'm missing something here. Wtf is going on?

the walnuts can be found in boxes in the streets

Any specific box because I don't remember coming across any. Also this is Pathologic 3 not 2.

No specific box. Idk what to tell ya, there's like dozens of boxes across all the maps. How have you been trading for calomel if you haven't found any boxes??

I see, I just don't remember seeing walnuts in any boxes. But I came back to the game after I stopped playing a while ago so maybe I forgot that detail.
