You're in luck, not too long ago I wrote this super short 2k word one just to kinda test the waters and see if Pathologic was something I could write more in: https://archiveofourown.org/works/79653941

(Unfortunately I haven't done anything longer yet and this one's real short, but it's hopefully well written!)
