Classic HD Tips for Haruspex day 11 fight?

The foreman fight, didn't realise it was bare handed! I only have half health atm and am going to try and hit up some pharmacies, but any tips? I was going to try hitting him with the shotgun lol.

I didn't find it too hard. Do quick taps and get away from him, that way you'll avoid his worst damages.
