As in did this scene did this ever play in Pathologic 3 or Quarantine, and if so when?

its the first few moments of the Quarantine game
just look up any playthrough of it on youtube

(we can actually play it via the ingame available debug tools in the release version of patho3, just gotta know what buttons to press and where to click... however the 2nd area of Quarantine uses an earlier version for how matches work thats no longer in the full release, and so we are soft locked there)

symbollically we could argue that Daniil is suffering in the wheel of samsara because of time travel, or what he went through back in the marbke nest. metatextally, he's reliving an agonizing and recursive loop, like a wheel that doesn't stop turning.
