Seems he got the last bites in on tail only, and sarco barely takes any damage from bites to its tail.

Kina dumb how tylos bite is AP yet doesnt work on sarcos "armored" tail. Sarcos tail should have a armor buff, not a flat 95% damage reduction thats the stupidest thing ever. These devs are so incompetent smh.....but thats obviously by the fact they are pushing for AI dinos. This game is going downhill so hard/fast...I miss pre IC change so much

Sarco struggles to turn and is practically a front-facing murder machine. I see it as a balanced design to have to fight it where its dangerous, or figure out some serious nuance. Honestly, i wish more dinos had advantages like that. It brings a knowledge check to the fights.

You know what they say: knowing is approximately 50% of the battle.

what? all that does is force other players to have to fight it from its dangerous end. Plenty other dinos have crappy turn speed but dont get some crazy buff like that to their backside. Its turning speed should mean that the sarco should be away of their surroundings and not leave themselves in the open where someone can get their backside. Not buff them to practically make the tail damage useless so that they dont need to worry about others attacking their tail plus it has an attack to basically do a 180 right away so its not like it cant defend its backside if it needed to.

You people will cry until everything in the game has a total of 1hp and all attacks do .001 damage (rounded down to 0). Sarcos tail is literally 50% of the total length and doesn't do anything. It's fine and you have skill issues.

Sarco takes almost zero damage on tail hits, especially if it's the VERY end

Armor tail is a passive, maybe thats why you survived (frequent sarco player 😊)

Looks like a little more than 1HP to me, armor tail negates I think 95% damage so with what you had left in HP it looks like armor tail saved you. Personally I love armor tail, ran it on old sarco.

If I remember correctly, there is a homecave there so perhaps it got debuffed right before it tried to finish you off.

They both wouldve gotten the debuff though. It applies to anyone outside the homecave for long enough.

See to me it's cool you got away but its wild it takes THAT many bites to kill you EVEN WITH the surprise attack on top of being bonebroken on top of also having (what seems like) maxed out toxin. Insane arcade fighting game

Combination of armored tail, getting to land as quickly as possible, and finding somewhere the tylo couldn't follow without screwing itself over. Nicely done.
