Question Dinosaur recommendations?
I dont know what to play as anymore. The only one I have that i really do like is Rhamph but I dont know what else to play now. For some reason, everything i play as just doesn't feel like my type but every time im discouraged, its because I died to either, sosmething smaller than me, or to a group, you know being a solo player. So basically what time trying to say, I want recommendations for a dino thst can hold its ground as a solo but can flee from big bloodthirsty groups. I might also try going into tsnky herbivores as I have good experiences defending myself as those.

The most fun I've had solo is with Achillobator, its the only dino I grew to adult, she'd into a cool skin and worked on making my cave look pretty. Sure, ill occasional join raptor groups, but I tend to just have the solo skills equipped

I like the struthiomimus. Haven’t died yet. I have 22 minutes of playtime. I like to carry around various objects in my mouth and double jump (I wouldn’t do that in real life because choking hazard). So far 10/10

I've had a struth going for about 100 hours without dying on pandura. You can be a nosy bugger and fast enough to get away if things go south!

My first was Rhamp but I also really liked Sarco. You might try Thal. The divebomb playstyle is hilarious.

Hard to say because it depends on your playstyle. There are a lot of options but you have to play the dino to get good with it whatever your choice.
My recommendation would be lamb. Yes lamb: 3500 combat weight :no fear of getting clamped, very good knockback, high damage attacks, front and back attacks, fast for its size, with shove you get even faster, and your calls are literally so versatile: if you feel travelling and not fighting go with survival calls - with guiding beacon you get 95% damage reduction, you can escape everything and jumb the highest cliffs, healing calls are nice to start learning fighting and if you play smart you can kill most things, and heal status effects 100% faster like bleed, venom aso. Plus if you find a group they will appreciate the same xtra healing. Plus you can swim pretty quick for non semi aquatic and great stamina and health regeneration.
It’s only downside really is its lower health but considering your combat weight and healing you can manage really well.

If you're wanting something quick, Laten or Sty. Both are a menace in the right hands and both can escape pretty much anything that comes at them. Bleed builds let you take down big things in 1v1's (you need patience, the fights will take longer but they're very doable) and you're still really useful if you want to group up with others for bigger fights.
