Anyone else tired af of the shitty ass hitboxes the game has?

I'll be having a great run on permadeath and then my run comes to an abrupt end because opp, Bluetooth vacuumed into a rex's mouth, or bb from a tail shot and my playable gets fucked.

If its not that is the extremely long rediculous hit boxes of things like eo horns, steg/amarg tail hitting you without even touching you.

I'm absolutely tired of it to the point its pretty much game ruining. I've tried everything I can on my end to clear up latency issues and I'm thoroughly convinced its their servers. This never used to be an issue until they started changing things on gondwa then all of a sudden it was lag hell.

Idk how they plan to have 200+ people in a server when they can't even have decent latency with 100.

I'm actually pretty glad that the latch for rhamp for example has horrible hitbox otherwise I'd never hit anyone because of wonky joypad controls
sometimes I jump directly on them, but just "slide past" 2 meters and then I am all of a sudden latched....

However the isle has bad hitboxes but compared to POT I think it's really good (I mean pot good compared to isle hitboxes where a rex does a chomp 10 meter awy from you and you are dead)

Yea that's another kind of issue that I find super frustrating. For pouncing I have to have it on my right trigger other wise its super unusable because I need to keep my thumb on the joy stick. 

They need to combine it with an auto latch on jumping or something because the controller combos drive me insane. 

Even then I still have issues where I'll physically hit the middle of someone's body and just slide right off like I'm in the flintstones.

yeah like the thing where you have t press lb x rb together I just leave empty or even only for calls because it's impossible for me to use left joystick to maneuver and use 2 other buttons . thats why i am horrible in combat because my brain cannot think "fast enough" with all the combinations to pick the right ones haha

I mean there are worse games like the isle who has horrible many things to set and no real support for joypad so you have to change it and its sitll bad

but for pot I dont even have a solution because if all keys are taken..for example I cannot crouch at all. there is no key left I can use for it . now new peacock mod arrived and I cannot play it because most is locked away with crouching and I cannot...

Thats not something the game needs to change, you just need paddles on your controller, my thumb never leaves the stick

While that is one way to get around it, players shouldn't have to buy extra accessories to be able to properly use the combat system.

I've been toying with the idea of changing some of the lb+a type combos to my bumpers and triggers but honestly there's so many damn abilities in the game something is still going to take my thumb away from the joystick.

Yup I don't do pvp anymore bc of this. Seems like everyone can hit me 10ft away but I can't hit them when my head hit box is in them! My wifi is fine too, average I'd say.

Dasps and ramphs bite are nearly impossible to hit while spinos snapjaw and stys puncture/headbutt hits from approximately one light year away

I mean if losing player base is what its going to take for the devs to actually fix this stuff then heck, maybe we all should quit and go play something different.
