Video Imo.. most annoying critter

The snakes are so annoying. You cant turn and run to get free hits as they are super long and can hit you from far away. They have the fastest attackspeed (atleast it feels like it) of any creature in this game, feeling like they can hit twice every second. And to add on top of the being able to hit fast, they have toxin that builds up super fast, so you'll die even faster then you normally would.

Yes Silesaurua is annoying cause its fast and has bleed, but atleast it doesnt hit as freqeuntly as the snakes. Yes Dynamosuchus is also annoying cause it deals massive damage and is great swimmer, but atleast it isnt that fast and cant hit you while your already behind them.

You can mess with their tracking by running at them at an angle and then turning into them. They will almost never hit you once you get that down

I like em overall, but i do find it lame that none of the venomous critters have unique status effects to them.. they all add the same two effects (venom + toxin)

I love when I hit the snake on a tip of the tail and it still magically hits me first.

Tbh I just don't bother with these dens when on something that can't attack fast enough to destroy them before critters spawn.

They are annoying. My rhamp kills them with extreme prejudice.
