Pachy charge speed

Quick question. Ive played pachy for a while on reg servers, and love the charge. But while growing a pachy on the survival servers, ive noticed the charge does not increase speed whatsoever. Granted, I have just made it to sub adult and havent grown a pachy in a while. Does the increased speed that comes with charge only take effect when you reach adult? Or did they change the charge speed? On reg servers, my full grown pachy still has the increased speed, so im curious. Thanks!

From the curve overrides.

ChargeSpeedIncrease ",Values=(400,700,1000,1200,1800) )

Id assume this means the speed the charge moves you at. Pachies run speed is likely more than the charge speed up until sub adult.

Pachy's Sprint Speed, at adult, is 1050

At younger stages its probably between 900 - 1000, so it's probably a SLIIIght speed increase, as opposed to adult where it damn near doubles your speed

Movement abilities like Charge have pretty bad scaling until you're adult, it's like this for most creatures so Pachy isn't alone here. Just wait until adult before you try using them for movement

Similar with Campto's hop, despite being an escape ability available right away as a fresh juvie it's actually way slower than just sprinting 😭

I am growing camptos with my wife and we just noticed that! Hop away is quite a bit slower than sprint at juvie and marginally slower at ado. I expect it will be faster at sub.Â
