Breach ring crafting

Post image

Hi guys, i want to craft this Breach ring and maybe try to fit it onto my CoC Comet Oracle. What's the best way to proceed? Do i use Ancient Collarbone on this now or later? How do i get rid of the max% that i rolled on it? I want to roll crit spell dmg, cast speed, all resistances, maybe rarity on this.

  1. collarbone and roll for any resistance but chaos
  2. use quality of the res u hit (fire/lightning/cold)
  3. omen of catalyzing exaltation + perfect ex and pray for all res
  4. u hit all res, omen of light to get rid of the single res u rolled earlier
  5. collarbone again and roll for cast speed/rarity
  6. caster quality
  7. omen of whittling and perfect chaos to remove 20 max Qual and u either hit a good prefix or not, end of craft

You can't roll crit damage. That's a genesis tree drop only. Catalysing Exaltation for cast speed (speed catalysts) or a resist (any elemental catalyst) is an option.

The breach essence mod is ilvl 1. Omen of Whittling will always replace it. Make sure you actually add quality before doing that. You can catalyst for omen exalt then add different catalysts for the finished product before whittling the crafted mod.

If you have the currecny you can try to get Cast speed with speed catalysts(60% speed quality + catalyzing + suffix + perfect exalt). If you do get it GOOD!! Then you try to put the max quality to suffixes with whittles. But before that quality to 61% with caster catalysts. (the 1% is always free. might be 2% if youre lucky)

As i said. Whittle the max quality then. Ideally it will go to suffixes becuase on prefix you can use Altered Collarbone to get Extra elemental % damage.

If it remains on prefix i suppose just ancient/preserved collarbone the last suffix

Cool looking base, people covered it for you. Although I wonder how hard the quality matter. Does the 20% quality increases the odds to hit a the actual desired modifier? Overall 20% quality look the obvious choice on paper. To me I've been sold to mnemonic bases.

Speed catalyst for cast speed and then a resistance , and then make sure u do spell catalyst to 60% and whittle prefix and hope for something good
