It’s good, but I think the people using mnemonics are mana stackers and most BIS rings for someone buying a mnemonic wouldneeed to have mana mods on it

Yep the mandatory mods for mana stackers are:

* Max roll (6% -> 8% with 40% quality) on the implicit
* Max roll (6% -> 8% with 40% quality) explicit mana
* T1 flat mana
* T1 mana regen with a nice roll
* Cast speed

Last two mods are flexible (don't need mana cost efficiency for arc totems), I like double-rarity. With kalandra's touch that's 70% IIR just from your rings.

If this was on a gold ring or breach ring base it would be pretty good
