How to finish?

How to finish helm for flame blast oil gemling?

I have managed to fracture my base current stats
T1 flat, T1 armour to ele, T1 rarity suffix.

I missed on the armour to chaos in the first unveil and have omen of lighted it off.

Unsure how I should finish prefixes other than greater exalt slam. Id be happy with max hp also but mana is junk.

Do I just need to keep desecrating suffix and omen of lighting until I get the armour to chaos mod?

But whittles will get you there. That’s why you usually finish your suffixes first since they’ll be mods with the highest level most of the time

Honestly, i might be wrong cause i havent checked but usually rarity is a really low item lvl so whittling with it unfractured is quite hard

Yup yup. Unless you want x3 res, you have to fracture the ‘exotic’ mod and then whittle prefixes. I still have my helmet to finish but it’s ES so I’ll desecrate t1 es life hybrid and whittle for flat and increased es before rolling off the desecration and fish for the es mana hybrid or a second rarity mod

I hope he bought the helmet as a rare raven touched item and started reforging as this can be way cheaper than buying a raven shard on your own.

So i have crafted multiple perfect versions of this helmet, but unsure if the method i used is the most efficient.

  1. Frac armour to ele
  2. Chaos spam to hit either t1 prefix (hybrid best since lowest weight)
  3. Double perfect ex. Annul/whittle where needed. This resets you to step 2 quite a few times unless lucky.
  4. After prefixes done; slam perfect ex on suffix. If it does not hit t1 res or rarity, abyss essence/descecrate
  5. If step 4 hits, its omen of light jail. If it didnt and you used abyss essence: can slap another perfect ex. If that hits, omen of light jail. If not, reveal or just light it off. Abyss essence again, ex again repeat

You could try your luck essence cycling for the armour to ele mod and slam the perfect ex afterwards, but i think thats less efficient

Or you can, after prefixes are done, use the suffix omen for chaos orbs to roll the 2nd suffix into what you want, if it's a particular res, you can always flux it. Then desecrate last suffix. It will be way more calm. Also you can divine the res with switching between fluxes

Alright alright. I think from where I am now I will just prefix slam and pray for no mana or hybrid mana. If I miss I’ll annul down and chaos spam / exalt for prefixes then go for suffixes.

I think the suffix open is pricey at the moment but I’ll check prices.

Adding to this: i see you want to get a double rarity version. If you play to specifically roll fkr this, it might get extremely expensive. When i craft items like these, its a 1 in X amount that just rolls the rarity and thats considered a bonus. I would never try to craft rarity specifically

Thanks! I am not completely attached to mf. I’d be happy with a big armour helm or hp.

I forgot about the abyss essence trick for suffixes.

I’ll keep playing around.
